What we expect of you:
Maintain financial and legal stability;
Optimize our accounting area;
Manage our treasury and our payable accounts;
Create reliable financial reports for the company;
Optimize our stock options process, taxing and budgeting processes;
Guarantee memorable experiences for our internal customers, related to financial and legal topics;
Select and deploy an ERP for our growing operation;
Train and develop financial team members
Review our current legal structure, propose improvements and deploy it;
Verify our current stock options structure and process, and improve it with the goal of providing either options or grants to all Torrex.
What will help you achieve these goals:
+7 years of experience structuring and managing financial and legal entities for US and Colombian companies;
+3 years of structuring experience managing tax code structures for multinational companies;
Proven experience in structuring legal entities, especially related to tax code opportunities;
Management experience in financial operations for companies with minimum revenue of USD 5,000,000 per year;
Legal and financial knowledge in additional markets is a plus;
Knowledge on service agreements and contracts negotiation;
Leadership experience with interdisciplinary teams;
Proficient both in English and Spanish.

We value transparency. Your compensation will be around USD 48.000 to 64.000 per year, depending on your performance during our selective process.
