Recruit a General Manager for Voice123 within 180 days.
Provide a flow of A players for engineering and customer success.
Within the first three-quarters, coordinate the management process of recruiting efforts and streamline an interview process where stakeholders are aligned.
Profile, select and implement a recruitment tool such as Lever, Google Hire, Workable, or other within the first 90 days on the job.
Train leadership in using the tool within two-quarters.
- For managers, design and roll out recruitment training by the end of the third quarter.
Within the first 18 months, align efforts with leadership to improve succession planning within the organization.
Within two years, create an internship program for engineering, product marketing, and operations roles.
Deliver quarterly reports on recruitment analytics and improve performance patterns.
Every quarter, set objectives and key results for the team.

Head of a recruiting team (at Torre or outside Torre).
Head of a human resources team (at Torre or outside Torre).
Head of a sales team (at Torre or outside Torre).
Chief Operations Officer (at Torre or outside Torre).
Leader of a business unit (at Torre or outside Torre).
Founder of your own business (outside Torre).

At Torre, we are all used to working in a distributed fashion, so this role is open to professionals anywhere in the Americas. While you can work from home, you can also work from a co-working space of your choice. We'll pay for it. Alternatively, you can also work from our office in Bogotá.
