What we expect of you:
Offer our prospects and customers a premier experience by creating a great first impression;
Partner with our account executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills;
Maintain active engagement with new leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in our products;
Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth;
Conduct discussions with prospects and existing customers over the phone to identify and qualify opportunities;
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within defined parameters and through several channels;
Cold call customer leads;
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other units;
Analyze territory/market potential, as well as tracking sales and status reports;
Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value with customer needs;
Compile reports on customer pain points, needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
Research and build both new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling);
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
What will help you achieve these goals:
1+ years experience in sales and/or account management;
Excellent relationship-building skills;
Excellent written/verbal skills;
Data driven approach;
Ability to adopt different sales styles to match customer requirements;
Face-to-face and telephone sales experience including negotiation and pitching;
Ability to prioritise leads and maximise revenue generation via sales pipeline control;
Strong project management and time management skills;
Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated;
Confidently working on own initiative;
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment;
Entrepreneurial spirit and high energy;
Bilingual (English and Spanish); third language is a plus;
Can be based anywhere. Remote OK;
English native speaker is a plus;
CRM experience is a plus;
Target-orientated, ambitious, creative, customer-focused.
