Expanding Bunny Inc.'s growth opportunities by partnering with leading global companies.
Conduct regular quarterly/monthly reviews with key Tier 1 clients.
Identify and grow opportunities within each account as well as collaborate with the sales and production management teams to ensure growth attainment.
Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations so our growth objectives are aligned.
Travel 25% of time to meet with key accounts and new leads.
Co-develop and implement an effective sales plan that supports the company’s overall growth objectives.
Identify opportunities via active outbound prospecting.
Compile and analyze sales figures.
Keep up to date with products and competitors.
Represent Bunny Inc. at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
3+ years experience in Sales and Account Management.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to adopt different sales styles to match customer requirements.
Face-to-face and telephone sales experience including negotiation and pitching.
Ability to prioritise leads and maximise revenue generation via sales pipeline control.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated.
Confident working on own initiative.
Entrepreneurial spirit and high energy.
Bilingual in English and Spanish; third language is a plus.
You will be expected to remain in this role for three years. The knowledge and experience you'll gain may then enable you to fill any of the following roles, either at Torre or another company:
Head of Sales
Head of Growth
Business Unit General Manager
Chief of Revenue

At Torre, we are all used to working in a distributed fashion, so this role is open to professionals anywhere in the Americas. While you can work from home, you can also work from a co-working space of your choice. We'll pay for it. Alternatively, you can also work from our office in Bogotá.
