Why this opportunity exists

AYTM “Ask Your Target Market” is looking to hire an IT Systems Administrator to help develop systems and policies, as well as oversee the implementation of procedures to secure both company and client data. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and motivated individual. The candidate will be the IT Operations Subject Matter Expert in supporting Mac & Windows operating systems across the company. The security administrator of information technology will also be responsible for managing all IT-related security and compliance issues within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users of Mac and Windows operating systems and applications. • System administration and monitoring of G Suite, Office 365, Slack, and other enterprise applications. • Familiarity with statutory regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. • Participate in project initiatives such as standing-up new applications or systems. • Provide application and desktop support for desktop and laptop setups / QA for new users. • Develop expertise to train staff on existing and new applications • Experience implementing and managing organization-wide equipment such as remote workstations. • Work closely with the development team on the cloud, infrastructure, application, security, and compliance projects. • Ensure team members, clients, and third parties comply with company security policies. • Experience in Network management and security protocols. • Strong project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills and are able to function at a high-performance level on a tight schedule. • Experience with setting and maintaining goals and targets for your various projects and measuring success.

Career path

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in the computer science field. • 2 - 3 years of experience in user support, especially the support of Mac and Windows operations systems in an enterprise environment. • Extensive experience with project management.
