Responsibilities

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in: • Worked with the growth and creative team to create B2B versions our latest carbon-neutral campaign that keeps our customers informed and delighted • Define the B2B communications strategy for the next quarter, identifying gaps in our current customer communications journey and prioritising the biggest opportunities for us to work on! • Crafted an account management hierarchy that was custom-tailored based on strategic values and within the Goldilocks zone of support necessary to keep the accounts happy and thriving • Jumped on the phone to help a customer out with an order issue and then worked with our account coordinator to make sure the issue with resolved • Presented your monthly reporting and quarterly findings on how businesses are recovering across markets and categories during COVID • Contributed to our quarterly planning session, aligning on our cross-functional priorities against our annual strategy • Announced to some of your past business partners and contacts about your new roll (woop pun intended!) and helped bring them on the Who Gives A Crap bandwagon • Collaborated with the broader Growth Marketing team to brainstorm ways we can maximise the impact of our B2B customers and encourage the customer to share our partnerships • Been introduced to 2 new strategic accounts to make feel loved and continue to expand the partnership into next year! • Enjoyed alllll the feels while reading a #kudos channel Slack shout-out about the recent deal you got across the line • Wore a unicorn mask and danced through the frame of our latest Facebook ad, shaking rolls of toilet paper on the way through. Oh, did we mention the confetti?

You have no shame about leaving behind a nice-bum postcard or a sneaky roll of TP as a cheeky sales move (sort of kidding, sort of not). • You think outside the box: You know that business-to-business is about more than just doing more of the same. You’re innovative by nature and have experience exploring, deploying and testing different strategies and tactics You’re also not afraid to get a little crazy with the ideas you test out, and you can confidently scrap and iterate on ideas until you’re seeing the results you want. • You’re a natural roll model: Your amazing people skills follow you from the sales pitch to the way you inspire, engage and support your peers and our partners. You’ve got an innate ability to take the lead and bring everyone on the journey with you. Our B2B customers range from national wholesalers and retail distributors to boutique hotels and the coolest bars in town. Hence, we distribute via re-sellers, but also work with a really wide range of businesses who buy from us directly and enjoy wholesale terms. • As the B2B Account Manager, you will lead and drive the growth of key strategic business accounts and help us maximize our brand awareness to get more businesses wiping with us! • Hi, we’re Who Gives a Crap! We make eco-friendly toilet paper (as well as tissues and paper towels) and donate 50% of our profits to help build toilets for the 2 billion people in need. • We absolutely love doing good, but we’re also exceptionally good at it. To date, we’ve donated over AUD$8.3 million to fund sanitation projects around the globe. We’ve grown quickly – selling directly to customers across three continents and establishing a strong B2B business that’s expanding to the US market this year. • Our team is made up of over 80 amazing humans working out of Melbourne, Los Angeles, China, and Manila. We’re working hard to reach our ambitious goals and diversify our product range to ensure we can have the greatest impact possible – both for the planet and its people. With your help, we’re hoping to increase our annual donation 10-fold in the next couple of years and continue to make the most beautiful, eco-friendly goods around.

Team structure

• Reporting into our B2B & Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing our strategic partnerships, ensuring the retention of all existing B2B accounts and finding opportunities to partner with our customers to tell our brand story & increase our brand awareness in the market. • You’ll also be working with some pretty awesome cross-functional teams for 360 account management. Working with our growth & creative team to manage marketing campaigns, limited editions - and then also working with our customer service, logistics & finance teams to manage the back-end of our customer’s journey with problem-solving and process improvement.

• We’re hiring this role for our Melbourne hub —however, we’re all working in a remote setting until at least July 2021. Until the WFH "new normal" took effect, the LA creative team spent three days in our Downtown office, and two days working from home. We plan to pick this schedule back up once it’s safe to do so! And while we don’t have a Friday drinks cart (yet), you will get free toilet paper. A lot of it. And nothing beats that. • Lastly, you get to say the word ‘crap’ more than in any other job. Guaranteed.
