• Conducting online research to identify who to contact • Making phone calls; sending text/emails to arrange for phone meetings between targeted recruiter and managing director. • Documenting phone calls and progress
• Must have an enthusiastic attitude and able to work diligently all day with little supervision • Good phone voice • Able to sell recruiters on opportunity to recruit for MV Realty • Need sufficient home office environment - good internet, sufficient computer equipment, quiet environment for phone calls.
