Schedule: 9 AM PST- 6 PM PST

What you'll get to do...

  • Work within a customer-obsessed team for Sucuri, a GoDaddy brand, specializing in website security.
  • Provide personalized customer service that aligns with our company brand and voice, directly impacting our customer retention via email, telephone, tickets, and live chat
  • Join forces with the Sucuri Sales teams to provide customers with a seamless experience getting their accounts activated.
  • Take ownership of your results by driving high quality customer service resulting in meeting or exceeding the monthly goals associated with the role every month.
  • Be empowered to think independently and critically, going above-and-beyond to deliver the right solution for each customer.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement, so we can continually serve customers better.
  • Handle account billing and account administration.
  • Liaise with technical staff as needed to report and resolve any reported client technical issues.

Your experience should include...

  • Minimum of two years experience in customer service sector, preferably at a software or tech company.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including strong verbal skills.
  • Very comfortable with a role where at least half of the day is spent on the phone or on front-of-site chat.
  • Intermediate, or higher, level skills in Google Sheets.
  • An outstanding work ethic and a “get it done” attitude.
  • An understanding of subscription-based billing.
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail.
  • High energy, self-starting personality that works well in a fast-paced environment.

You might also have...

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Some knowledge of DNS in regard to our WAF (Website Application Firewall) product activation / deactivation.
  • Excellent judgment and a "bias for action."
