Responsabilidades

• With subject-matter-expert input and direction, build relevant training and enablement assets, content, and artifacts, including but not limited to presentation slides, media rich documents, screencasts, grabs and recordings, diagrams, and wiki pages • Edit, update, and revise assets, content, and artifacts with timely and correct information, data, and/or images to ensure accurate and reliable composite materials • Maintain updated content and courses in our Sales Enablement and Marketing platforms • Proactively identify improvement opportunities with tools, workflows, and best practices to optimize productivity. • Collaborate with content creation specialists to ensure content standards are met and publishing governance is adhered to • Work cross-functionally to expand and execute on business initiatives for all go-to-market revenue teams, including remote employees, both US & international • Make use of and expand skill set with enablement technology and software, e.g., learning, content, and knowledge management systems, authoring tools • Identify program success and operating metrics to ensure performance levels • Track, manage, and report on program progress and status according to program plans • Ad-hoc enablement business process projects to improve enablement programs • Participation in the development and execution of our annual and mid-year sales meetings/kickoffs • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

Requerimientos adicionales (que no sean habilidades)

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of Sales Enablement, Sales Program Management, Product Marketing and/or similar experience • Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel from concept to completion • Ability to plan and facilitate meetings and events • Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change. Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a busy-but-fun environment • Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders in all departments • Understanding of the sales mindset and the training and retention concepts that are most successful with this profile • Ability to pivot quickly when necessary, without sacrificing quality • Fluent in Microsoft Office or Google OfficeSuite and MindTickle • Some business travel required

• The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation, adoption, and measurement of sales enablement programs and initiatives that supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role will build, design, and manage blended learning and certification programs to support the Menlo sales teams.
