Catalent Pharma Solutions are seeking to recruit a Master Data Supervisor to join the Accounts Payable team at our Swindon Facility.
Your role as Master Data Supervisor role is to act as a senior member of the Global Shared service team ensuring accurate Vendor and Customer Master data enabling operational teams to complete their task in a timely and compliant manner.
Ensure accuracy of suppliers and customer master data, including bank details and identification information in any applicable systems including JDE 9.1, JDE XE, Oracle, Tradeshift, or others.
Establish and maintain a master data review and maintenance cadence, including removal and rejection of duplicative records and archival of unused records.
Undertake a Full Master data Audit of existing setups to ensure complete and accurate.
Maintain documentation of current area practices and audit controls.
Participate in review and approval process for Catalent manufacturing sites implementing new ERP system as needed.
Provide training and support for sites and vendors as needed to enable a positive onboarding experience.
Ensure team is oriented toward great internal and external customer service.
Support Both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Global Leaders with additional projects as requested
Embrace and lead continuous improvement activities, with particular focus on SSC Master Data process.
Minimum 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths & English
Previous Master Data experience, with some experience of coaching/training less experienced team members
Experience of dealing with complex customer queries
Solution oriented with experience implementing and managing process improvements
Advanced user of business intelligence software, including for use in trend analysis
Edwards ERP system knowledge would be an advantage
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with ability to work effectively to meet deadlines
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to have difficult conversations and deal with in-depth queries with tact and diplomacy
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AP software
