• Maintaining IT’s mobile device management ecosystem and associated devices • Testing and releasing major OS revisions and security patches on a regular basis • Contribute to documentation • Assist the security team in periodic physical and logical access reviews
• 3-5 years of experience in a desktop support and/or system administration role • Excellent customer service and strong relationship management skills. You should be a clear and empathic communicator and a creative problem solver • Excellent written and verbal skills • Subject matter expert surrounding MacOS and Windows operating systems and their accompanying mobile device management platforms (JAMF, Meraki, inTune, etc) • You have experience with utilizing scripts (specifically bash) to perform bulk operations (i.e. patch/software deployment, hotfixes) • Been in a supporting role that required interfacing with key stakeholders in the organization • Experience in project management or participated in project decision making • Hands on experience of installing and maintaining IT hardware and software • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changes in process, tools, and workflows • Able to diagnose and resolve challenging technical issues while demonstrating a sense of urgency • Skilled in organizing and prioritizing competing time demands • Analyzing Information, Informing Others, Problem Solving, Coordination, Strategic Planning, Quality Management • Integrity and honesty, ability to be trusted and to work with highly sensitive and confidential information • Resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility • Organized, exceptional attention-to-detail
