At Hello! & ¡Hola! We are proud of setting people in the very first place, that people who work with us are our most valuable asset. These values together with our rigorous, human and clear editorial guidelines are our hallmark. We stand firm in our belief that a healthy work life balance is crucial. As a result we offer flexible working. We believe that if we can explain properly our goals and provide them with the right means, every person will do his/her best. So, we try to organize people and assign responsibilities in a clear way, though in an ever changing world that is not always easy.

Team structure
