Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert to advise clients in their needs related to deploying or optimizing their Salesforce CPQ solution • Design, build, test and support Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions to support business objectives • Demonstrate the ability to develop technical requirements for developers as needed • Deliver end user training and documentation • Display excellent communication & client relations skills • Show strong experience in leading discovery, design, documentation, and guiding the project team to get requirements sign-off • Travel up to 20% (domestic) to client sites as needed

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Sales Cloud and CPQ Certifications • Prior experience with successful Salesforce CPQ implementations • Strong knowledge of Reporting dashboard and data analytics • Familiarity with the end-to-end Quote to Cash process • Familiarity with common ERP platforms & integrations (Oracle EBS/NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
