In line with our new sales strategy, we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team! As part of our sales team, you will be involved in all aspects of our industry-leading sales procedures and work on prospecting, qualifying, and closing leads. An ideal candidate will leverage strong communication skills to identify strategic leads and convert them into clients. Responsibilities

• Target, identify, and sell TrekkSoft’s products to tour activity operators. • Responsible for the full sales cycle, both Inbound and Outbound, from prospecting, following up, and deal closing. • Conduct in-person and online demos of TrekkSoft products. • Have a consultative approach to advise tour operators about unique trends in the industry and provide insights on how they can adapt to be more successful. • Strategically overcome objections and competition in the market. • Consistently over-achieve monthly and quarterly sales acquisition targets. • Listen to what operators need and provide insights to Senior Management. • Use HubSpot to manage your territory, forecast activity, and maintain the consistent organization of the sales cycle.

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• Previous experience in travel technology, B2B SaaS, and/or experience with sales of travel is a big advantage. • Experience in a high-pressure tech-startup environment is a plus. • A Bachelor’s degree. It’s an advantage if you studied Business Administration or Tourism and Hospitality. • You are a resident of the EU or are in possession of an EU passport. Your skills & experience: • Demonstrated experience in high-volume outbound sales and full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing. • Fluency in multiple languages: English is a must. Spanish, Italian, or German are an advantage. • Solid IT affinity and ability to learn complex software. • Proficiency with CRM tools or other sales technology. • Expert user of spreadsheets and super organized. • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. • Competitive, proactive, and results are driven. • Strong negotiation skills, ability to multitask, and prioritize. • Team player with excellent relationship-building skills. • Driven to perform well under pressure, reach targets, and meet deadlines.
