Oliver Wyman is looking for a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join the Experienced Hire recruitment team in Amsterdam

The Opportunity

This role will focus on the coordination of day-to-day operations of recruiting for Associates, Engagement Managers and Principals for EMEA, ensuring that hiring goals are achieved while addressing the logistical, geographical and branding issues of recruiting experienced consultants with a focus on building a diverse candidate pool

The Role:

As Senior Recruitment Coordinator, you will be:

  • Sourcing & researching profiles that match the hiring needs

  • Posting roles on internal and external job boards and websites (including POW, OW website, Workday, MMC website, LinkedIn and role/ country specific job boards)

  • Carrying out initial CV screening for candidate applications in the London and other markets across practice and region.

  • Distributing relevant CVs to the Recruiters in the team.

  • Conducting screening calls to all relevant applications to determine initial suitability for the role (financial expectations, availability etc.), the providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

  • Coordinating and arranging interviews (both virtual Zoom and in-person interviews) for all candidates; communicating with Managers and candidates as appropriate Preparing candidates for their interviews, as well as collecting candidate and interviewer feedback after interviews

  • Delivering and managing the Offer process, including getting the correct approvals for offers and coordinating the offer /new hire documentation and background checks processes for all new joiners

  • Ensuring that Oliver Wyman values, including OW’s commitment to inclusion and diversity, are upheld at every stage of the recruiting process

Who we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Researcher role is required

  • You will have either gained your recruitment experience within a recruitment agency environment, where you have managed multiple roles for multiple clients simultaneously or In-house corporate recruitment experience from a fast-paced multinational company environment

  • Some experience in hiring multi-disciplinary roles within digital, such as Engineers and digital design, is preferred – however an active interest in digital recruitment is essential!

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role

  • You will be educated to at least BA/MA degree level

Your Technical skills will be:

  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential – Workday is preferred

  • Strong MS Office skills are essential – Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required

  • Possess excellent customer service skills – you will be dedicated to meeting the expectations of all hiring Managers and candidates to the highest standards

  • Be able to multitask and to meet deadlines within a fast-moving and high-volume environment

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Have the desire to learn and grow into this role, as well as the interest and motivation to be involved
