Love working with Salesforce? We are looking for a remote Salesforce Admin to join our top-notch Sales & Marketing Infrastructure team made up of administrators, analysts, and engineers.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our 4500+ user org, scaling, and improving Yelp's CRM system, leveraging your experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce to design standard and creative solutions. Where You Come In:

  • Provide strong problem solving and technical skills to effectively design quality solutions. Partner with Business Systems Analysts to design and configure solutions that are scalable and meet the requirements of our internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of day-to-day and project-based configuration changes.
  • Work with internal customers to understand their needs, identify the problem and direct them to the proper solution or provide instructions for self-help.
  • Lead end user day-to-day support and a high volume of requests that require careful scrutiny and emotional intelligence.
  • Utilize Release Management processes to implement new as well as update existing applications.
  • Review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand technical deficiencies of the product, define root causes, and implement proactive resolution design or solution.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Yelp’s business, processes, and technologies to proactively seek out inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to recommend action.
  • Support and maintain effective relationships with customers and cross-functional teams such as Business Systems Analysts, Engineers, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • 5+ years Salesforce administration experience & proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Force platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud and Pardot is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of  3rd party tools such as Zuora and Adobe E-sign preferred.
  • Experience designing,configuring and executing in a highly collaborative, agile and fully remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred).
  • Able to prioritize tasks, identify trends, and manage an escalation process including status updates to management and internal customers.
  • Experience working in a heavily customized Salesforce environment and/or working in a 3000+ user environment (a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
