This senior level administrative assistant will be responsible for providing advanced secretarial and administrative support to VP/s within Thrivent Financials’ Advice and Wealth Management Division. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling communications, maintaining executive’s schedule and calendars, and coordinating meetings, conferences, presentations, and travel as needed. They will also assist in composing correspondence, preparing reports and presentation materials, and providing project support.
This can be a remote position within the US.
