**Could you be Insurity’s next Software Developer?
**In this role, you will work with a team which is responsible for new development and maintenance of SDK 2.0 C# transactions. These transactions allow for insurance policy, claims, document, accounting, process, and user processing. This includes both writing new code in C# and migrating existing code from our PowerBuilder based product into the C# language. Some coding in PowerBuilder may be required. This also includes new development and maintenance of our SDK web service security layer known as the Enterprise Transaction Manager. This will be done in conjunction with our UI team which writes in Angular 10+. You will also be responsible for testing other developers' changes, writings notes to our QA team for testing, and also documenting changes.

You will report to Robert Francis, one of our development managers who has been with the company for 17 years.

You will:

  • Develop New ConceptOne SDK 2.0 C# Transactions
  • Maintain Existing SDK 2.0 C# Transactions
  • Extend Features of Existing and New SDK 2.0 C# Transactions
  • Migrate SDK 2.0 PowerBuilder Transactions over to C#
  • Maintenance WebService Security Layer (Written in C#)
  • Possibly work in Angular 10+
  • Test other developers' changes
  • Write documentation for your changes
  • Write Database Queries, Stored Procedures & Triggers.

You have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in C#
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with XML and JSON
  • Some travel may be required (0-10%)


This role will be Remote based US or Canada. You will mostly be working with individuals from the Phoenix Metro Area and will need to be available in Mountain Standard Time.

*Travel: Any roles that involve travel are not to be expected to resume until further notice due to COVID-19.
