JOB TITLE:
North America Retail Account Manager (Remote Based)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role on the North America Retail Sales Team will sell McAfee products and services through named retail accounts in North America. Accountable for executing McAfee's Retail strategy across their accounts; driving growth in new customer acquisition, sales, and profit. Developing relationships inside their accounts, maintaining existing business, while identifying new business opportunities within their account set. We ask that you are a salesperson with an "end user" focus. You have an established track record along with strategic and tactical sales experience. This is a remote based position and will report to the Director of Software Sales

About the role:

  • Help us build McAfee's Consumer strategy across accounts in collaboration with the sales, marketing, pricing, and product teams. Assess capability gaps, resources, processes, etc. and implement strategies to improve performance. Work collaboratively across McAfee teams and functions to align McAfee and named accounts goals.
  • Divide time between testing an optimizing current business, finding new growth opportunities, and maintaining reporting, forecasting, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Be the main McAfee contact for named accounts.
  • Negotiate and increase MDF, rebate, and marketing OPEX spend to maximize performance, sales growth and Return on investment
  • Provide performance updates to McAfee Retail Leadership
  • Maintain sound knowledge of the industry, trends and the competitive posture of McAfee and other industry leaders regarding software product offerings
  • Create high impact presentations, representing McAfee's business and value
  • You have experience working within an extremely competitive market
  • Some travel required once conditions permit.

  • You have experience with software/SaaS based solutions
  • You are a Creative thinker that can create business opportunities
  • You have experience as both a "hunter" and "f
  • You think and act on both a tactical and strategic level
  • You will approach with partners as McAfee strategy evolves
  • Versatile professional capable of influencing.
  • You have shown the ability to multi-task
