We’re hiring for a talented and dynamic HR leader to drive our local HR functions in Europe.

Role responsibilities

  • Line management for all people in the HR function in Europe
  • Design the HR team structure for your location and fill it by growing existing people and hiring externally where needed
  • Create and own the HR budget
  • Build and lead an HR team with broad responsibilities including:
    • HR Business Partnering
    • Onboarding/Offboarding
    • Overseeing performance management processes
    • L&D, definition and administration of local policies and benefits (e.g. health insurance)
    • Payroll, facilities management, visa management, and events

To succeed in this role, we’d love for you to have experience in some or all of the following:

  • Several years of experience as a people manager of HR professionals
  • Experience in the role of HR Business Partner (or similar), or even better, have managed them
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
  • You're an experienced hiring-manager, meaning you’ve designed a position, designed how to interview candidates, run interviews, were the primary decision-maker to hire someone, then onboarded that person
  • Experience covering a workforce that is diverse in needs and backgrounds
  • Strong working knowledge in operating an HR function in Europe and comfortable advising on best practices in your market
