Why this opportunity exists

• Be a part of an executive team of a rapidly growing software company. We are on our way to grow from 200 to 500 people in the next few years and need help from a seasoned leader to guide us through the growing pains. • As part of the role, you will establish processes, improve inter-departmental communications, optimize how we do things, and help take the CloudLinux to the next level.


• Analyze and update and create new processes, policies, and systems to ensure they are up to date, compliant, and designed in a way to support CloudLinux's rapid growth • Identify areas for automation and implement processes that will require minimal manual work • Resolve the company's internal pain points by getting to the root cause and finding solutions that will satisfy multiple stakeholders

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• Exposure to multicultural, geographically distributed teams • Process-oriented puzzle solver with a can-do attitude • Data & metrics focused • Knows how to work cross-functionally • Has a broad business background • Experience with billing operations and optimizing quote-to-cash process • Experience working in a software company
