The OPTE Customer Experience team is growing and we are looking for highly qualified skincare-obsessed individuals to provide a premium customer service experience for our customers. As a Customer Experience Specialist at OPTE you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient customer onboarding of OPTE products. The ideal candidate is someone who is skincare-obsessed and loves helping customers. This role will report directly to the Manager of Customer Experience.

- Someone who can empower and coach OPTE users via video chat - sharing application techniques, and personalized tips and tricks for achieving optimal results.
- Someone keen to learn and then share their deep product knowledge with our customers as an OPTE device expert.
- An expert troubleshooter and enthusiastic coach with a knack for helping customers handle any OPTE performance issues through education and application coaching.
- A creative problem solver who can resolve technical device issues for our customers.
- A confident OPTE product evangelist and OPTE knowledge expert with a knack for helping. customers become “unstuck “ when they face issues with the device.
- An eager collaborator who will share feedback in real time with the customer experience team and other departments in order to provide the best service to our customers by identify trends in customer inquiries or issues about products and services.

What you’ll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing capacity.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assist all members in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Ability to retain and communicate detailed product knowledge.
- Interested or experience in Skincare or BeautyTech-savviness and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Access to a computer/laptop with video capabilities.
