Our full time, one-year New Graduates Development Programs are for recent engineering graduates interested in learning more about the commercial side of a global technology business and developing skills to become a leader in sales, product marketing or applications engineering.

Mentors to guide you in developing a career path
At the start of our new graduate program, you will be assigned a career mentor who will be a guide and a sounding board as you navigate our rotational program. Your mentor will work with you to help develop your learning path at FARO and ensure that your experience over the 12 months is fully maximized.
Rotations through critical areas of the business
As a member of our New Graduates cohort, you will rotate through various roles in the FARO sales, product marketing and applications engineering functional organization. You will gain valuable experience through relevant projects, job shadowing opportunities and application- specific scenarios.
Global networking opportunities and training
You will have the ability to network with senior management at FARO as well as our global team of talented professionals. You will participate in multiple training and networking opportunities throughout the year – all designed to support you in your career path and grow your technical, communications and leadership skills.

Completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree in the last three years in one in one of the following fields of study: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Digitalization, Computer Science, Forensics Science, Construction Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture or other related area of study
Strong GPA in your field of study
Significant practical work experience and knowledge from internships, working student activities etc.
Excellent command of English required to work in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems
Ability to start full time work in early June 2021
While we are currently working remotely, once the Company returns to normal operations, you must have the ability to work with salespeople and field applications engineers in the field and occasionally travel for team meetings, and/or participate in beta testing at company sites.
