The Role and the Team
We are seeking an HR partner who is driven, collaborative, and trustworthy. You are an HR partner who is passionate to deliver service that helps our business achieve results. You enjoy analyzing trends and metrics with your HR team to develop programs and processes.
As an HR business partner, reporting to Manager, HRBP you will work with Professional Services and Engineering business units. Your role is both tactical and strategic, in the areas of talent development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and ad hoc projects. You will participate in company-wide programs and initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with HR programs such as talent development, performance management, employee recognition, and career planning and development.
Thorough understanding of labor legislation and experience working with non-exempt teams.
The ability to foster and partner with internal partners on diversity and inclusion.
Working experience in partnering with Benefits, Compensation, ER advisor, Recruiting, L&LD, and Global Mobility to implement solutions.
Proficiency with HRIS and other related tools to execute HR Programmatic support such as data analytics reporting, exit interviews, and employee changes. Workday experience preferred.
Experience with supporting multi-sites, working from Broomfield and Denver offices.
Excellent listener with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach and advise both managers and employees in alignment with business goals
Ability to execute foundational project management skills
