• We are seeking a creative and passionate Designer to join our growing Creative/Design team
Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day operations of marketing design, content, and social media output • Develop creative assets (online and offline) and maintain brand consistency across all creative • Adhere to strict timelines, fast turnarounds, and constructive art direction • Follow design systems and brand style guide manuals • Create responsive wireframes and high-def prototypes • Scale the brand-vision, tone, and mission across a multitude of creative projects • Full-stack designer background - brand, digital, web, marketing
Additional requirements (other than skills)
• 2+ years of experience in the creative space • Strong Sense of Humor with can-do attitude • Portfolio of strong brand design, web, UI/UX, and branded collateral - with a keen eye for consistency • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to scale creative concepts across multiple mediums • Communicative and transparent with your work, enabling more collaboration in the team • Strong sense of design sensibilities and an ability to execute a creative vision in a timely manner • Expert in techniques & methods that provide successful & holistic design solutions across suites of products (AB testing methodology) • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Figma, Invision and Video Editing a plus
