We’re crafting the future of the voice-over industry and we’re currently looking for a full-time Customer Success Associate who’ll help Voice123’s voice actors find work around the world! Are you comfortable in the high-pressure environment of a fast-paced technology company? Then this is your career opportunity!


•Communicate with users who need support. Our main tool is Zendesk. • Write emails, take live chats, and call users to ensure that every voice over project gets the voice over it needs. • Deal with complex client requests and manage projects that need attention. • Offer assistance and provide solutions to users when something goes wrong. • Provide each and every customer with the highest quality service and a happy, memorable experience. • Manage your own OKRs, KPIs, and roadmaps. • Inbound/outbound sales efforts. • Run weekly experiments to discover new sales solutions.

Some of the hard and soft skills you’ll require for this role: • Pro-activity. • Have a proactive mindset. • Have we already shared that pro-activity is important to us? • The ability to respond creatively to unexpected situations and turn problems into opportunities. • The ability to work under pressure, handle several conversations simultaneously, and be adaptive to a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with web technology. • Passion and an entrepreneurial attitude. • Strong communication skills. • Knowledge of SQL or Zendesk is a plus. • Adaptability. • Inquisitiveness. • The ability to manage tight deadlines. • A learning mindset. • Native English speaker/writer or C1 level certification. Other languages are a plus.

Additional details

We are both used to and encourage working in a distributed manner, so this role is open to professionals that are able to work from 9 to 5 in one of the following time zones: GTM+2, GMT-5, GMT-7, regardless of their location. While you can work from home, you can also work from a coworking space of your choice. We’ll pay for it.
