You will join our Service Management team as a Solution Architect. With your broad range of experience, you are comfortable having responsibility for the overall success and direction of your projects. You will be directly responsible for ensuring that all technical aspects of a project, and the required Service Management and business process changes, come together into one cohesive solution to achieve the required business value outcomes of your client.
