We are looking for a Director to lead our Multi Loc Deal Desk and strategically drive deal operations, improve deal quality and increase deal volume and revenue. This role is a national role that reports to the Director of Sales Enablement and will establish deal desk processes and grow a team over time to support deal flow. This role will partner closely with Sales leadership, Business Operations, Enablement, Marketing and Customer Success to develop and execute operational plans, priorities, and policies to drive high value deals. The deal desk will be a centralized resource for our MLoc sales teams to ensure they are putting the most strategic, thoughtful proposals in front of their clients and prospects. It will also serve as a pre-sale resource for sales teams to close business, while improving operational efficiency, providing a check and balance on the sales process.
• Review deal points for escalation to leadership • Advise sales leaders in developing the ideal proposal for prospects and customers • Provide guidance to RVPs on deal quality and trends within deal desk • Ensure minimum thresholds of deal points are met per pricing tiers • Collaborate with Strategy & Operations team to develop workflows to drive efficiency of deal progression • Assess recurring issues to identify opportunities for improving deal processes, operational efficiencies and make recommendations on process and system changes • Identify trends for improving internal and external communications through marketing and enablement efforts.
• Experience managing deal flows for advertising and media (strongly preferred) • Ability to think strategically when designing deals to come up with solutions that fit a customer’s unique needs and maximize revenue • Proven track record of building relationships across multiple partner teams • An eye for process and ability to identify areas where we can improve • Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales lifecycle.
• 3+ years of managing a deal desk • 5+ years experience working with Enterprise accounts in either sales, sales development, or operations.
