Por qué existe esta oportunidad
• We’re looking for an enthusiastic Product Designer with experience designing SaaS products to join our growing team. The ideal person for this role will have a deep passion for creating beautiful and flawless user experiences. Do you have a natural ability to create high quality and aesthetically pleasing products? Do you enjoy collaborating with product teams to define and deliver new features and translate concepts into living, breathing, pixel perfect prototypes? If yes, then we want to hear from you!
Responsabilidades
• Be in charge of realizing broad concepts into functional UIs that solve user pain points • Work closely with our product team to deliver new product features • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of managers, engineers and support specialists to ensure a smooth, data-driven development process • Create product engaging experiences using sketches, storyboards, blueprints and prototypes • Translate wireframes into highly-polished, visual composites that are in line with brand • Oversee UI design implementation while serving as an advocate for design in strategic product decisions • Develop design specifications and functional documentation • Consistently analyze and make improvements to the design process
Requerimientos adicionales (que no sean habilidades)
• 5+ years of SaaS product design experience, ideally in a lead role • Demonstrated mastery of UI/UX principles and best practices across mobile and web • Experience with prototyping and taking a product from concept to launch • The ability to translate vision and user analytics into clear, simple UIs • Proficiency in common design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator • A portfolio of visually consistent and relevant design work that you’re proud to share • Prior experience designing/working with a project management or other business productivity tool, preferred • Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript, a bonus
