Why this opportunity exists
Cucu is an MVP Web App that has the potential to become great. As with any other MVP, adjustments need to be mad as well as adding new features. We are in the process of iterating and we would like to have on this journey an amazing developer that likes to take on a challenge of working on a startup from the beginning and making it a great solution for all the users of the app. The opportunity exists also because it is time to democratize the language interpretation services and what a better way than through the use of technology. To be able to reach that goal we will need someone passionate and driven to disrupt and make things better for all parties envolved.
Responsibilities
The Developer that is hired needs to be able alone or with a team to do the necessary basic changes at first which will be about adding a field on the user's profile or making other basic adjustments that do not change the functionality of the app. • Coding • Testing • Developing • Coming up with new ideas • Managing the database • Launching all the changes to the production environment • Analyzing the functionality and the effectiveness of each feature • Reporting the bugs and issues • Solving any bugs • Making sure the next versions are working fine
Additional requirements (other than skills)
• We are hoping that the person that we find can be able to stick with us for the long run. We plan to have the developer as a freelancer for the first minor gigs, eventually, we could hire full time and why not, maybe becoming a partner with equity participation.
