• The Web / Marketing Associate (Part-Time) will support digital marketing activities at Rippleworks, namely creating web content and distributing marketing content across social media channels. • Create engaging web content that captures the impact and inspiration of Rippleworks activities supporting the world’s most impactful ventures. This includes working with internal teams to gather content, collecting digital assets, and managing web production. • Distributing content on social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), writing and managing posts, and analyzing and reporting on metrics to optimize distribution. • Other activities / responsibilities based on business needs and the associate’s experience and skills
• You are an experienced writer and storyteller who can translate business speak into compelling, inspired writing. • You are savvy with digital channels, everything from creating engaging websites to understanding how to thrive on social media platforms. • You are passionate about social impact and the opportunity to use your skills to help make a difference in the world. • You are an agile learner willing to learn by tackling new problems, experiment, and iterate based on feedback and successes/failures. • You appreciate, model, and help shape all of Rippleworks values, including how we have fun at work.
• 1+ years of work experience, ideally with one or more of the following: content marketing, web production, social media marketing, or editorial/copywriting • Preferred experience with: Wordpress or similar content management systems, social media management platforms (eg: Hootsuite), Salesforce, Adobe • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Authorized to work in the USA
