Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and expertise

  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance

  • Handle customer inquiries, identify eligibility & provide appropriate solutions within guidelines

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

  • Accurately document all relevant customer information

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must live in Florida
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • High school degree

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
  • Basic typing skills
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with customers

Work-From-Home TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Laptop / Desktop with camera for video conference capabilities (MAC Computers and Chromebook are NOT supported)
  • Computer must have Windows 10
  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Smart Phone
  • Power surge protector
  • Keyboard & mouse
  • Headset: Corded (not wireless) USB headset with noise-cancelling microphone is necessary
