Responsabilidades
• Must be a team player and have strong experience developing applications using these technologies. • Lead and mentor the team of Software Development Engineers working on one of the VSA modules • Drive our transition to new technology platform (React/Typescript, .Net Core, Sql Server), away from legacy (JavaScript and ASP) codebase. • Advanced knowledge of technical principles, theories, standards, practices and procedures in software development and database administration. • Write program code from internal specification documentation or outdated application code and prepare test plans, test data, run tests, observe results and correct program code to resolve any differences from specifications. • Develop, enforce, and continuously improve upon the established Agile/Scrum methodology for continuous integration, test automation, design, and code reviews. • Lead initiatives to execute or enhance our processes to improve performance, security, usability, scalability, and reliability
Requerimientos adicionales (que no sean habilidades)
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience • 10+ years of related experience and knowledge of C#, C++, Ruby • Expertise with product architecture and design, load and performance testing, and industry best practices • Experience with React, Typescript • Experience of Rest APIs creation • Strong understanding of relational databases and knows how to read and write SQL queries • Familiarity with JIRA, Jenkins, BitBucket or similar production tools • Experience working in n-tier design patterns, SaaS, responsive front-end • Experience implementing and improving an Agile/Scrum environment • Expertise in designing systems for distributed architectures • Ability to lead others to adapt and change processes and practices • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) • Passion for accountability and fostering a spirit of stewardship in others
