At Voice123 we are crafting the future of the voice-over industry. We believe that user experience (UX) research and testing are key to building and growing our products. We're looking for someone who is passionate about the topic and who’ll be the eyes and ears of our users and our product. Your mission will be to support our growth marketing experiments, which aim to grow our user base through viral loops. Through UX research and user testing sessions, your findings will ensure that we continue to make data-driven decisions and act as a catalyst for our virality experiments. You will be in charge of testing new and existing viral functionalities yourself and with our users in order to collect, analyze and share insights about our users and their behavior. You will use our Usuario framework as a base for your user research and testing, as well as: • Research target audience and recruit users for usability and value tests; • Design and execute usability and value tests including the analysis of findings and documentation • Perform exploratory tests; • Analyze recordings of user sessions; • Suggest improvements to our products; • Confirm, report, prioritize, and distribute bugs; • Safeguard our motto: Always deliver memorable experiences.
Minimum 1 year related professional or learning experiences in the areas of user experience, user research, or user testing, or any other experience that will lead us to believe you're passionate about these topics. You are a great match for this job if you: • Are a native English speaker or have a C1 level language certification • Have a user-centric mindset • Are inquisitive are an empathic individual that can understand and share our users' feelings, behaviors, and needs • Have strong analytical skills • Have creative problem-solving skills • Have a learning mindset • Are methodological and organized in your work • Have strong communication and writing skills • Have the ability to work in interdisciplinary and multi-cultural teams • Are able to adapt quickly and are comfortable working in an accelerated work environment It’s a big plus if you have: • A design background • Knowledge of Sketch/Figma or other UI/UX design and prototyping tools • Fluency in additional languages • Experience gathering qualitative data through a variety of research methodologies (usability testing, contextual inquiries, card sorting, creating surveys, user personas, user journeys, etc.).

You will be part of the marketing team and our product designer focused on growth will be your direct leader. You will also be working alongside our engineering and our customer service teams. Of course, as we learn, experiment, and grow, our team structures may change.
We are used to working in a distributed manner. You can work from home or from a coworking space. This role is open to professionals in EMEA or in the following time zones: UTC-3 to UTC+5.
