  • The Brand Sales Operations Coordinator role will be responsible for the daily support of the sales function and serve as a liaison between the sales team and the operations group.
  • Create, enter & perform in-season updates to product information in multiple databases/locations
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reporting that is shared with cross functional teams and must be highly accurate, in addition to ad hoc reports for sales team
  • Manage and maintain assortment documents including SKU creation, maintenance and tracking of deliverables for updates
  • Oversee comp collection and organization: ordering comps, organizing comps, and owning them when requested for retailers/partners
  • QA all seasonal VM graphics for multiple countries, in multi currencies
  • QA retailer partner sites, weekly
  • Oversee product setup and new account setup forms for all global retailers
  • Own registration masterfile by country on all new products associated with NPF forms and communicate status on each new launch
  • Review all purchase orders for accuracy (UPC codes, SKUS, case packs) and coordinate with external and internal partners
  • Manage masterfile pricelists by country to ensure currency accuracy and/or set coefficient values are correct for NetSuite.
  • Track samples and new products to ensure retailers have ordered and shipped
  • Help to manage sample shipments to retailers
  • Setup new vendors in NetSuite.
  • Manage retailer Dropbox to ensure existing product images/visuals/pdp videos/alts are up to date with new imagery for new products / sets.
  • Attend key cross functional meetings.
  • Prepare for all key brand meetings including set up needs, food requirements, gratis or supply ordering
  • Perform general administrative duties for global sales team as needed.
