Why this opportunity exists

Lead Production Support Engineer to manage multiple product deployment in production environment & resolving Production tickets. The team uses Salesforce ticket monitoring and resolution to handle break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Monitoring and resolution, Resolving IIS application problems, SQL Server, SQL Query writing, Application hosting, Application configuration, Application Deployment, Troubleshooting, Handle break/fix, Windows Operating System, Problem Solving, Flexible, Client facing, Debugging, Application Monitoring • Write SQL data queries

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• Salesforce Ticket monitoring experience. • Excellent Verbal communication skills are important to success as this is a highly collaborative team. • Working knowledge of Jira, GitHub or Jenkins as well as DevOps type of experience. • The keys to success are proven experience Application hosting, Application configuration & monitoring, Application Deployment using CI/CD • Ability to write SQL data queries • Must be willing to relocate to St. Louis, MO after pandemic (ideally local). • Must have production support experience with application hosting/Configuration/deployment experience. • Experience with Application hosting, Application configuration, Application Deployment, Troubleshooting, Handles break/fix, Windows Operating System.
