The Role

As a key member of the HR and business leadership teams, this position is responsible for understanding the global business and market needs and translating these needs into human resources strategies and action plans to enable growth and support our ability to attract, develop, and retain the world’s most capable talent.


    • Participate in the development of the annual business plan to understand the key requirements and business issues. Translate the key business issues into human resource strategies and action plans to support the business growth
    • Lead the global assessment of talent, identification of key strengths and gaps in the organization and the development of action plans to address the organization’s needs. Drive development of action plans of key high potential employees and monitor progress
    • Using HR expertise and knowledge of the business, lead the process for the annual talent plan, annual performance appraisals and individual development planning, annual salary plan, annual stock option awards and annual incentive plan payouts
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure talent is hired to meet the organization’s current and future requirements. This includes development of job profiles, broad talent acquisition strategies, assessment of talent, interviewing criteria, and on-boarding
    • Counsel line managers in a variety of global employee relations issues and challenges. If an issue arises outside of North America, work with Regional HR teams to come to resolution on issues
    • Establish key communication and change management tactics to enhance adoption of key business strategies


    • Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred.
    • 8-10 years of Human Resources Business Partner/HR Management experience
    • Strong business acumen
    • Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into practices and actions that enable performance
    • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills; track record of effectively influencing all levels of leaders
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees
