Key Responsibilities: • Organize Events: Organize and optimize existing Deal Finding Trainings. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Sales displays. • Organize more Deal Finding Trainings. • Organize and negotiate sponsored events. • Organize Paid Classes (Deal Analysis workshop, Deal Finding workshop, premium Deal-Finding workshop). • Organize big events (Ideas: Technology Event with Quest, Wine Tasting, SFR (Single Family Rental), Commercial, Floodology or similar concept, Latino in Real Estate, Social Media, Short Term Rentals, Burned Houses, Real Estate IQ / Deal Finding Expo). • Participate in local MLS and Real Estate Association meetings (e.g. AREAA). • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products. • Develop growth strategies and plans to improve sales ie, App Sales - Demo Survey forms, Vendor Sales, etc. • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan. • Facilitate speaking engagements at sponsored events to build strong relationships with potential investors and clients. • Interact and build relationships with community leaders and attract clients, volunteers, speakers, influencers, market leaders, and advisors to our cause. • Participate in training facilitated by the company. Assist in the company's branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, etc.
This is a highly entrepreneurial position. We want to work with highly motivated individuals who want to join a technology start-up at its hyper-growth stage. As a Business Development Executive you are responsible for overseeing existing and new marketing initiatives. You will organize events to find new opportunities and increase the client base. You will also be responsible for increasing the value of existing and new clients and developing a new market strategy to improve sales.
Qualifications: • Background in Business Development and Economics. MBA preferred. • Bilingual in English. • Strong professional experience in Sales. • Profound knowledge and experience in the Real Estate Market. • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills. • High-level facilitation skills and ability to command a large group of people. • Proven ability to negotiate. • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy. • Experience working to and exceeding targets, and excellent with numbers. • Excellent time management and organization skills.
