Support and enhance our word-of-mouth user acquisition strategy by engaging in the following activities: • Writing periodic messages (via email and social media) to our userbase announcing new functionalities, telling success stories, as well as propagating and strengthening our brand. • Coordinating periodic online events of varying magnitude that teach our audience how Torre works and demonstrate new functionalities. • Analyse and improve our user acquisition funnels for prospects who learn about Torre via our word-of-mouth efforts. • Collect and collate testimonials from our existing users.
