You are a Sales Operations specialist. Well-versed in the energy space with strong knowledge and experience in all aspects of energy procurement, efficiency, equipment and solutions. You are comfortable presenting and can easily transition from C-suite to operations and management to deliver value.
• Develop plans, programs and strategies for provider partners that contribute to achieving the company’s sales goals. • Manage provider partner expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. • Define and coordinate asset transfers for provider partners. • Define and coordinate provider profiles in systems that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. • Define segmentation programs and processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required. • Provide detailed and accurate sales reporting in Salesforce for leadership. • Optimize and streamline operations, through the introduction of technology and self-service. • Monitor provider activity and provide feedback to the company’s leadership team and other company functions. • Manage and Coordinate provider contract consolidation efforts. • Operationalize and standardize provider management processes with cross functional teams. • Analyze NPS scores for Energy agents and providers, and drive a continuous improvement program.
• Successful experience building a provider segmentation strategy and provider program. • Successful experience supporting sales of subscription services through technology advisors. • Experience managing key provider relationships. • Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage tasks, pipeline, etc. • Successful experience sourcing and onboarding provider partners. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization and cross-functionally. • Results driven with experience successfully collaborating with cross-functional partners internally and externally. • A strong desire to make a difference, be an agent for positive change and maintain the highest of ethical standards. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient with Google G-suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.Com, and various business software applications (LinkedIn, DocuSign, etc.). • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields.
• 5+ years of industry experience in Energy procurement. • At least 2 years’ experience in energy procurement provider management. • Successful experience monitoring and evaluating provider activity and achieving performance expectations.
