Backed by Y Combinator and other top investors, Postscript is growing fast and looking for remarkable people to help build a world class go-to-market (GTM) organization. • As People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for actively supporting world-class, high functioning people operations. By ensuring smooth operations in the entire employee lifecycle, ranging from onboarding and community to payroll and benefits, you will empower our team to do their best work every day. Further, your efforts will broadly support all critical initiatives across the People Operations team. • We are an ambitious people team with an ambitious mission - to be the best remote org in the world. People Operations is an incredibly important part of making this mission a reality, so your opportunity for impact is big. All positions at Postscript are fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate people programs & initiatives that span the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Ensure excellent execution of these programs, including training, documentation and hands-on work. • Coordinate all team community-building efforts, including both virtual and in-person programming (post-Covid!) • Execute all total rewards programs, including payroll and benefits • Ensure effective implementation of employee relations matters. Support reviews, compensation changes, performance plans, etc. • Maintain excellent documentation and communication of key HR information. • Actively support broader People Operations efforts related to DEI, culture, etc. • Actively respond to first-level HR-related matters. • Serve as a go-to resource for all members of the People Ops team.

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and relationship-building skills • Demonstrated project management capabilities. Exceptional operational & organizational skills • High degree of comfort with HR technology, including implementation and administration. • Passion for remote work
