As a new roll (pun intended) to our Creative Team, we are looking for a Creative Project Manager to manage our creative pipeline and end-to-end project life-cycle. You’ll report directly to our Creative Manager and support projects that impact the Creative team from brief through to execution and implementation. From managing the project workflow, building schedules and timelines, effectively communicating roadblocks and updates and continuously keeping your pulse on ways to improve how we operate as a team, you’ll make sure everything is running like clockwork and the Creative team is kicking butt! You’ll also support our Freelance Friends network and always keep a pulse on our project roadmap for when we need to add external support to the team, and be a part of any freelance onboarding and ramp up. And because continuous improvement is your secret sauce to success, you’ll always be on the lookout for tools and methods to streamline our workflow and keep the ship sailing smoothly. If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in: • Championed our project management tool (Monday.com) by plugging in project timelines and made sure everything is up-to-date with the latest information, status reports and links • Started experimenting with a new way of using our project management tools to increase cross-functional visibility into our Creative team projects • Nudged along the Creative Team with proactively upbeat reminders regarding key project deadlines to the creative team • Tested out a new way to lead our weekly Creative team meeting to make sure statuses are clear, key deadlines are manageable and the entire team is aware of all projects in our queue • Represented the Creative team in a cross-functional project status meeting • Kept a pulse on the Creative team workload and shifted around a few individual plates to effectively accommodate an urgent quick-turn creative request • Dug deep into a creative brief and cleared up any uncertainties before it was kicked off with the team • Participating enthusiastically in an all-hands, winner-takes-all virtual roshambo contest • Partnering with our People & Culture team to onboard and offboard our Freelance Friends network aligned with our creative roadmap and resourcing • Scheduled and supported brainstorms, creative reviews, retrospectives and other ceremonies to keep the team aligned and focused • Wearing a unicorn mask and dancing through the frame of our latest Facebook ad, shaking rolls of toilet paper on the way through. Oh, did we mention the confetti?
• You <3 organisation / are the very definition of uber-organised: You are the Marie Kondo of creative project management and are continually looking for ways to streamline, organize and optimize our projects. You also deeply understand the creative process and can speak Copywriter and Designer, and think a dozen steps ahead. You realistically know what it takes to get a project completed, and use that magic to keep us all on track. • You communicate like a boss: You know how important it is to keep everyone in the know and lean on your expert communication skills to herd the cats. Whether it’s drafting up notes from a brief, nudging a colleague on a timeline or deliverable, sharing updates on Slack or Monday.com, leading a weekly project check-in or sharing status reports to stakeholders on progress, you clearly and effectively share what’s happening to keep everyone in the loop and on the same page. • You are an expert collaborator: You’re able to clearly define a brief and build out the execution across the Creative team, generating support and buy-in from both key stakeholders team members by keeping the communication flowing across stakeholders and teams, and ultimately hitting the deadlines and delivering the creative projects you scooped. People trust you and you’re able to build a reputation as an expert as well as an accountable, transparent and trustworthy teammate. • You are grace under pressure: You know how to juggle multiple tasks at a time with ease and don’t sweat things when it’s crunch time or projects turn on a dime. You also inspire the same energy with your teammates and are able to help ease bandwidth and bottlenecks by looping in solutions such as Freelance Friends. • You give a crap: Yep. We’re all here because we genuinely want to make the world a better place with our work, and we want you to want that too! Awwww.

We make eco-friendly toilet paper (as well as tissues and paper towels) and donate 50% of our profits to help build toilets for the 2 billion people in need. • We absolutely love doing good, but we’re also exceptionally good at it. To date, we’ve donated over AUD$8.3 million to fund sanitation projects around the globe. We’ve grown quickly – selling directly to customers across three continents and establishing a strong B2B business that’s expanding to the US market this year. • Our team is made up of over 80 amazing humans working out of Melbourne, Los Angeles, China, and Manila. • We’re hiring this role for our Los Angeles and Melbourne offices —however, we’re all working in a remote setting until at least January 2021.
