• We are looking for a results-oriented, and ambitious Demand Generation Manager with a proven track record of driving integrated campaigns across the enterprise segment. This person will be responsible for campaign strategy, identifying segmentation, and generating sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute strategic and scalable ABM campaigns and drive alignment with Sales and Customer Success • Build and scale campaigns that achieve pipeline goals by continuously measuring, monitoring, and driving improvements and optimizations • Identify the right marketing messages, value propositions, marketing collateral, channels, and CTAs for personas and accounts • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product Marketing, Design, Content, Sales, Customer Success and Analytics • Manage project timelines to ensure campaign assets launches are met • Be the point person for Sales leaders and reps by building an ongoing feedback loop using reports and regular conversations to ensure clarity across teams • Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency • Effectively articulate and synthesize complex campaign strategy into impactful plans, and deliver high-quality work against tight deadlines
• B.S. or M.S. degree • 3 - 5+ years experience in B2B demand generation and campaign management • Experience with ABM tactics as well as email, direct mail, search, display, and social marketing techniques • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo Preferred) • Salesforce experience, Salesforce reporting, and dashboard or similar CRM system capabilities • Skilled presenter with effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities; data-driven thinking • High energy and results-oriented – always looking to make improvements • Outstanding organization and project management skills, with great attention to detail • Understanding of the customer lifecycle, and implementing/iterating on a plan to drive results.
• The ideal candidate has experience in taking ownership of running multiple integrated campaigns, is an excellent cross-functional communicator and dot-connector, and is an analytical marketer. You are passionate about delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right time, and will champion this approach across the business.
