Why this opportunity exists

• Our team is in search of a Director of Engineering to help us change the way digital products are built.


• Partner with Product and Design leads to establish vision and strategy for our Collaboration Product Suites • Hire and Develop teams of high caliber engineers and managers • Partner with other technical leaders to establish technical architecture and roadmap to help InVision build a world class product. • Ensure Operational Excellence over the systems you are responsible for • Ship!

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• Wealth of experience shipping and operating software • Experience hiring and developing Engineers and Managers • Deep Product acumen and strategic thinking • Love for data and diving deep • Experience leading teams through growth and tackling technical challenges • Experience in SaaS is a plus

Team structure

• Collaboration is the backbone of our product offering and you will be able to have a significant impact on the success of InVision in this engineering leadership role. You will partner closely with the Product and Design leads on vision, strategy and delivery.
