Por qué existe esta oportunidad

• We're looking for a high energy, hands-on individual to join the Recruiting team as Senior Recruiter to help growing and building our offices in Tokyo and Osaka.


• Full‐cycle recruitment (researching, screening, scheduling, closing) for multiple job requisitions/orders, for numerous hiring managers • Work closely with hiring mangers as well as the team members to understand the roles deeply, write captivating job descriptions and build a clear, concise pitch for candidates • Brainstorm with the hiring manager to assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search; then research, e‐mail, call and interview candidates you identify • Manage candidates through the entire recruiting process: pitching them on Box to make them big Box fans, understanding their needs, qualifying their competency, culture fit and add, supervising the interview process, and CLOSING! • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles • Collaborate with the entire Box Recruiting Team to help making Box one of the top hiring organizations of all time • Show passion for constantly improving your craft

Requerimientos adicionales (que no sean habilidades)

• 4‐Year University Degree is preferable • 2+ years start‐up or venture company’s operational experiences • 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience • SNS recruiting experience is a big plus • Ability to run pipeline reports, and know what the numbers mean • Passion for cloud/SaaS technologies, specifically for Box • A hit‐the‐ground‐running plan for launching an aggressive hiring campaign • Write compelling job descriptions to find right-fit candidates to the position • Demonstrate that you are an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, strategic‐thinking‐yet‐roll‐up‐the‐sleeves‐and‐get‐dirty kind of person who likes to laugh and have fun! • Experiences in creating interview processes, planning and implementation of corporate event • Multi tasker • Conduct any arrangements carefully and precisely • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
