As a Field Service Manager, you are primarily responsible for the success of projects in your territory. In case any escalations rise, you will work with homeowners and contractors to find the best resolution and visit customer homes for small repairs. You excel as the connector between office staff and customers. You have a real passion for great customer experience, high quality of work, and growing a home improvement business. You’ll interface directly with clients at their homes, be the frontline user of our latest technology, and help craft operational direction as we scale our services.
• Make sure the project is built to the correct specifications and with high quality • Meet with homeowners onsite for escalations and small repairs • Explain Ergeon’s product offering with a deep understanding of our styles and materials • Handle any customer complaints that arise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience using smartphone apps • Strong work ethic and self-discipline to do your work independently in the field • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, • Comfortable to drive 3+ hrs a day to visit customers’ homes. Nice to have: • Spanish speaking skills
• 2+ years of customer service experience visiting face to face with customers • 2+ years of hands-on repair experience so that you understand what is involved in the project and can make small repairs (ideally in both carpentry and concrete trades)
