Responsibilities

Get candidates to find their dream job helping companies as well to find the talent they need. To do that, you'll learn about and be responsible for: • Make customers love us! • Maximize the quality and quantity of applicants for our openings. • Make sure that our algorithms are working as expected and are assertive when ranking and matching candidates. • Monitor all of our applicant's acquisition channels, making sure they are performing well and giving feedback to improve them. • Increase retention and NPS. • Help and guide candidates through their application process. • Etc.

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• You should be able to learn on the fly. • Be curious, innovative, inquisitive, fast-moving, and passionate about discovery. • As we are 100% remote we expect all Torrex to have a fluent english. Please make sure to answer in english all of the questions added in the application process.

Team structure

• You will report to one of the founding team members. • You will work alongside software engineers, product professionals, marketing professionals, and operation coordinators of other areas. • Of course, as we learn, experiment, and grow, our team structures may change.
