Why this opportunity exists

Beeswax is looking for an experienced, passionate enterprise / B2B SaaS Demand Generation Manager. You will help Beeswax bee (!) everywhere, delivering the right message to each of our target segments with every touch point. You’re a good fit if you like distilling complex concepts into plain language, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, and like being a part of a growing team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our marketing programs (keeping the trains running on time). You’ll report directly to the CMO and have significant impact on the marketing execution plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation & management: Operate our CRM and marketing automation platforms, create lead flows across all growth surfaces. • Content marketing: Work with outside writers to produce content to nurture and educate our customers and prospects at every step of the purchase funnel. • Event marketing: Produce events (virtual, for now) that bring together customers, prospects, and partners toward a common cause. • Digital marketing: Manage paid advertising directly and via outside vendors.

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• Strong writing and persuasive skills. • Experience managing marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, Marketo)

Language(s) required

English - fully-fluent

Career path

• 4 year degree in a business/marketing-related field (or MBA) or equivalent professional experience. • 3+ years experience in B2B / Enterprise marketing.
