As of now, we are looking for a (Senior) Sales Manager / Account Executive based in Berlin/ remote to complete our team at GraphCMS and directly reporting to the Head of Direct Sales.

You will sell the GraphCMS product to enterprise customers in Europe and North America
You will identify and grow new business opportunities from inbound and outbound channels.
You will build strong relationships with prospects at all organisational levels and quickly identify enterprise opportunities but also grow and use your own network in order to establish new opportunities
You will apply a consultative sales approach with key decision makers by analysing their digital experience challenges and how the GraphCMS business as well as technical value proposition can accommodate these needs in order to become a trusted advisor
You will accurately forecast your monthly and quarterly revenue streams and you will meet and exceed your quarterly and annual sales quotas by effectively building up your pipeline and closing new business month-over-month (up to $150k+ ACV)
You will manage the client sales processes end-to-end, coordinating internal processes, developing account strategies, maintaining documentation and forecasts in the Sales CRM, delivering demos and presentations to prospects, position our pricing structures, creating, negotiating and closing complex sales proposals.
You will be working closely with our Sales Development Reps, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams.
4+ years of proven successful B2B SaaS sales experience
Proven track record of selling complex technical software products to enterprise buying committees (Product, Engineering, IT, Procurement etc.)
A persistent, self-starter with a track record of credible follow-up and unsolicited calling to multiple executive levels within an organisation.
Ability to understand and teach the technical features of the GraphCMS product
A personal desire to work in a highly dynamic start-up culture.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (oral and written)
Comfortable with carrying and meeting quarterly quotas
Experienced in documenting and forecasting your sales activities in a Sales CRM
Nice to Have
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (oral and written)
Familiar with challenges in web development
