As a unicorn-status-pursuing Startup, we look for generalists who have a specific set of skills where they excel. This role requires a fast-growing, high-potential, somewhat proven candidate.


Get clients and recruiters to find and hire the talent they need. Many of them don't know how to recruit in this new reality. You should guide them during the journey. (This includes happy moments when they hire the best talent 😊but also includes pushing them promptly to do what is needed to get that result 🚀) To do that, you'll learn about and be responsible for: • Make customers love us! • Make sure each candidate that applies to a job opportunity receives an excellent experience • Test our algorithms and give feedback to improve them • Onboard new customers • Increase retention and NPS • Make sure we fulfill customers' talent requirements • Etc.

Additional requirements (other than skills)

• You should be able to learn on the fly. • Be curious, innovative, inquisitive, fast-moving, and passionate about discovery. • As we are 100% remote we expect all Torrex to have a fluent english. Please make sure to answer in english all of the questions added in the application process.

• You will report to one of the founding team members • You will work alongside software engineers, product professionals, marketing professionals, and operation coordinators of other areas. • Of course, as we learn, experiment, and grow, our team structures may change.
